We're so happy we found this lot...
Thankfully, the offers we made on other properties fell through, or we walked away after the home inspection.
Sure, it's a bit "rustic" now, but this lot is perfect for us: it's just over one acre; we can use it right now, thanks to two bunkies (small insulated sheds wit furniture) and an old trailer; it's an 8-10 minute walk to two amazing bays: Gallagher and Piggott Bays; it's South - South-West facing; it's gently slopping so we can build a cabin with a walk-out basement; it's zoned for a secondary suite; we get peek-a-boo views of the ocean; and probably best of all, we have amazing neighbours!
